What You’ll Be Doing:

  • The Director is accountable for designing, operating, and evolving the systems and data that enable understanding customers.
  • This role leads the strategy and execution of CX platforms supporting Voice of Customer and journey analytics.
  • Ensures analytics reduce ambiguity rather than create it—enabling faster, more confident decisions.

What You Will Need To Be Successful:

  • 8+ years of experience in CX platforms, analytics, or data strategy.
  • Deep familiarity with CX platforms and journey analytics tools.
  • Ability to translate data into CX and business decisions.
