Accountabilities:
- Handle a high volume of creditor’s rights matters, managing cases from initiation through resolution
- Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, and proceedings
- Conduct and manage discovery, including depositions, motions
Requirements:
- Active membership in good standing with the Virgin Islands Bar is required
- Open to newly licensed attorneys as well as candidates with 5 or more years of litigation experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
