Role:
- Support sales efforts as a technical and domain expert across CRM, CPQ
- Lead engaging technical discovery sessions and workshops to uncover customer challenges
- Stay up to date on market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations that highlight business value
- Share best practices, reusable assets, and industry knowledge with the broader Solution Consulting team
- Represent the company at key marketing and customer events, including workshops
Qualifications:
- Deep expertise in CRM and CPQ technologies, ideally across platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP
- Strong technical understanding of APIs, middleware, cloud-native architecture
- Excellent communication and presentation skills across technical and business audiences
