Being able to handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers in a friendly and professional manner is crucial. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service by addressing and resolving inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner and accurately document customer interactions and update customer records with relevant information. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate and reliable information to customers and identify opportunities to upsell and provide additional products and services to customers.
