Job Description
We are seeking a Territory Manager to represent our Racquet Sports business in Michigan & Ohio. Territory managers have a passion for their sport as well as achieving and exceeding sales goals and expanding our market share. Specific responsibilities include achieving annual territory sales plan and product category objectives, establishing Wilson at the “Tennis 360” company in your territory, selling hardgoods and softgoods, increase Wilson’s brand presence and image with customers and consumers.
You would review each account’s performance in a business review each quarter, grow market share in your territory in all Racquet Sports and conduct highly impactful demo experiences, showcasing the latest Wilson technologies. You will also develop and maintain great working relationships with key players in each account and manage high visibility teaching pros to enhance the promotion of Wilson Racquet Sports.
