Job Description
This position is a key role supporting various aspects of the company's litigation portfolio, including eDiscovery activities, workflow management, and attorney support. The role involves preparing complex legal documents, reviewing incoming materials, and preparing indictments, arrest warrants, summonses, and other legal documents. Responsibilities include assisting attorneys in trial preparation, coordinating with victim/witness specialists, and utilizing legal resources like Westlaw and Lexis/Nexis for citation verification and legal research.
The Senior Paralegal will also be tasked with electronically filing legal documents, managing electronic discovery databases, and maintaining electronic case files. Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat and potentially IPRO Eclipse is required for discovery processing and redaction. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and computer skills, along with a paralegal certificate or equivalent legal education and litigation experience.
