Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall technical architecture and design for Siebel CRM initiatives.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues across Siebel application, integration, and database layers.

Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with Siebel CRM as a developer and/or technical lead.
- Strong expertise with Siebel Tools and configuration.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical options and trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
