Job Description

Assist the Sales team with technical aspects of proposals and presentations tailored for different verticals. Have the ability to present to customer stakeholders at all levels. Participate in pre-sales meetings to understand customer challenges within their regional context and propose relevant solutions. Participate in RFIs, RFPs, and similar pre-sale instances. Own the technical relationship with PSPs gateways and partners we’re connected with, and help identify capabilities and commercial opportunities. Develop a strong understanding of the company’s sales methodology and metrics. Ability to translate technical information into sales narratives for Sales, AMs, TAMs and other teams to have a clear understanding of the project and solutions required. Project Manage delivery across internal areas such as Tax, Fraud Prevention, CS, Ops, TAM, Treasury, Compliance & Legal. Constantly evaluate areas for improvement in the sales process and makes recommendations to drive efficiency and revenue.
