Enable employees to perform their best with the right hardware and access level across tools. Work on upgrading, installing, and configuring new hardware and software. Manage Single Sign-On, MDM and antivírus tools, and the Zero trust solution. Collaborate with the cybersecurity engineer to implement security protocols and procedures. Document and develop processes and policies. Work on automation to reduce toil, execute on/off-boards, help build the team roadmap, and deploy new Applications. Address requests to improve the office and identify opportunities.
