Job Description
Leads the planning and execution of a portfolio of product launches and high-priority operations projects. This role partners with leaders across functions to define strategies implement process improvements and deliver outcomes that enhance efficiency and customer impact. You will lead the planning and management of multiple product launches and product management operations initiatives simultaneously.
Collaborate with senior leaders to prioritize launch activities and product operations projects based on business goals. Implement standardized launch and operational processes across product teams. Provide coaching and guidance to product managers and program stakeholders on best practices. Conduct retrospectives on launches and programs to capture lessons learned and inform continuous improvement.
