Job Description
Requirements Gathering and Analysis: Partner with business users to gather and document requirements. Validate business requirements and functional specifications. Translate business needs into clear user stories.
Process Improvement: Map current and future workflows. Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies. Enhance the patient and employee experience by shaping process improvements.
System Support and Testing: Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Provide ongoing first-tier application support, triaging issues. Conduct interface and data flow analysis to ensure systems integrate effectively.
