Director of Sales

PartsStore is redefining how aviation professionals’ source and sell aircraft parts. As Director of Sales, you’ll lead the expansion of our next-generation e-commerce platform — driving seller acquisition, marketplace revenue, and engagement across a global aviation ecosystem. Key Responsibilities include leading the seller acquisition and activation strategy, achieving GMV, subscription, and retention targets. Building, managing, and converting a qualified pipeline of aviation sellers (OEMs, MROs, distributors, operators). Success will be measured by seller acquisition and activation rates, GMV and recurring revenue growth, seller retention and satisfaction scores and pipeline velocity and conversion rate.
