Job Description
Freeosk is looking for an experienced Client Success Specialist to join our remote team. A Client Success Specialist nurtures client relationships with brand partners – among them Fortune 100 Consumer Packaged Goods companies – and drives internal teams towards program execution excellence. In addition to supporting Client Success team duties, Client Success Specialists work in tandem with their Sales counterparts to secure revenue, manage internal and external process pre and post-sale to position Freeosk for future partnerships by delivering exceptional client service.
Some key responsibilities are providing necessary support and coordination to the Client Success team, architecting client solutions grounded in clear performance expectations, serving as the primary point of contact for clients, proactively guiding them through Freeosk’s program development process and responding to their needs. Also act as liaison between internal teams (Sales, Consumer Experience, Operations, and Engineering) to effectively launch programs internally and ensure a successful execution.
