Credentialing & Enrollment Program Analyst

Role Overview:

• This role supports the Credentialing and Enrollment teams by managing projects, data, and process improvements.
• You will coordinate internal and external resources to ensure efficient operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update credentialing and enrollment data in tools like Monday.com, Airtable, and Credential Stream.
• Develop processes to ensure accurate data sharing and reporting across the enterprise.
• Facilitate process improvement initiatives and collaborate with stakeholders to strengthen operational excellence.

Qualifications:

• Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with at least 5 years of project coordination experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in a healthcare setting and experience with credentialing are required.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and similar data tools are essential.
