Job Summary:
- Supports the Credentialing Team by managing workflows and leading data analysis projects.
- Partners with leadership to identify gaps, track metrics, and develop reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine audits of Monday.com task boards and triage chatbot inquiries.
- Monitor shared inboxes and manage credentialing request form intake.
- Analyze dashboards and distribute reporting on payer enrollment status.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in healthcare credentialing or revenue cycle.
- Proven experience with workflow management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
