About the Role:
- Support a growing healthcare program as a Credentialing Supervisor.
- Oversee credentialing quality, compliance, and provider satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor workflows, report delays, and implement corrective actions.
- Communicate with providers, payers, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Lead staff development and drive process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- CPC/COC/CCS/CCS-P certification and 6-7 years of medical coding/credentialing.
- At least 2 years in a leadership role with strong analytical and MS Office skills.
