About the Role:
- Ensure a smooth, high-touch onboarding experience for new healthcare providers.
- Act as a responsive coordinator for credentialing and payer enrollment processes.
What You'll Do:
- Guide providers through required paperwork and serve as an accessible point of contact.
- Request and verify foundational documents such as licenses, DEA certificates, and malpractice insurance.
- Review and prepare applications, CAQH profiles, and supporting packages for processing.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in healthcare administration or provider credentialing.
- 1+ years of provider-facing customer service experience.
- Knowledge of CAQH, provider licensure, and enrollment documentation.
Benefits:
- Salary range of $63,000-$67,000 plus annual bonus targeted at 10%.
