People Operations Intern (Fall 2025)

The People Operations Intern will perform accurate and timely manual data entry across multiple internal HR systems. They will organize and maintain confidential employee files and records (I9 verifications, onboarding, etc.) while supporting the People & Culture team with day-to-day administrative tasks and documentation. The intern will assist with data validation and auditing to ensure completeness and accuracy, and support in employee system validation; troubleshoot user access issues, create and maintain backend tables. They will also monitor team inboxes to help respond to employee and new hire questions and own the People ticket submission process for new hires, leaves and offboards.
