Field Marketing Manager

Core Responsibilities:

• Partner with Corporate Marketing and Executive Leaders to design targeted programs that drive pipeline.
• Research emerging trends in procurement and AI to strengthen market position.
• Evaluate sponsorship opportunities to maximize brand visibility.

Event & Project Management:

• Own end-to-end event execution, from planning through post-event reporting.
• Develop and maintain detailed event briefs and a repeatable playbook.
• Lead weekly alignment meetings and manage all logistics and timelines.

Budget & Operations:

• Own budget planning, allocation, and tracking across multiple programs.
• Negotiate sponsorship packages and vendor contracts to stay at or below budget.
• Manage lead capture and data integrity within CRM and marketing automation systems.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management:

• Serve as primary contact for internal teams and external vendors.
• Build relationships with industry organizations to expand Arkestro's presence.
• Coordinate travel logistics and attendee registration.
