Accounts Receivable Clerk

You will accurately process and record accounts receivable transactions, including invoices, payments, and credit memos, into the appropriate accounting systems. You will maintain accurate customer files, including invoices and payment records and reconcile customer accounts and collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing or payment discrepancies. You'll support continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency in AR operations and the annual external audit by preparing and organizing supporting documentation. They expect you to become the primary point of contact for AR-related tasks, proactively recommend efficiencies. As well as highlight discrepancies, risks, or inefficiencies early and take initiative in resolving them.
