Project Manager - Design and Construction

About the Role:

• You will lead the end-to-end delivery of Nooks’ physical spaces, from design coordination through construction and handoff to Operations.
• You will report into the Construction function within Product as an individual contributor, working remotely or hybrid with up to 50% travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the full drawing process across SD, DD, and CD phases, ensuring alignment to Nooks standards.
• Oversee general contractors and vendors, owning schedule tracking, site coordination, and issue resolution.
• Own each project from design through turnover, holding scope, schedule, and budget.

What Success Looks Like in This Role:

• Within the first year, you have taken multiple sites from design through turnover on schedule and on budget.
• Drawing sets move cleanly through phases because issues are caught early.
• Construction leadership relies on you as the single owner of delivery.

Cross-Functional Expectations:

• Work daily with Product, Finance, IT/Cyber, and Operations to ensure standards and accreditation.
• Externally, you are Nooks’ primary point of contact for architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Success means deciding quickly with imperfect information and keeping parties aligned.
