Job Description
The International Payroll Specialist – Africa Region is responsible for managing and executing payroll processes across multiple African countries. This role involves close coordination with clients, in-country payroll providers, and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant payroll processing. Key responsibilities include establishing and maintaining client relationships, ensuring timely data processing and submission, coordinating with in-country vendors, reconciling payroll data, and managing client queries. The role requires a commitment to service excellence, strong attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment. Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for payroll processes in the Africa region.
