Strategic Sourcing - Senior Lead

The Strategic Sourcing - Senior Lead is responsible for implementing a Procure to Pay system, managing it with the AP team, and creating spend data analysis. The role involves driving cost reduction while ensuring Xplor is sourced to support business growth. This includes managing supplier engagements from scoping to contract execution and implementation, maintaining a funnel of savings opportunities, and tracking sourcing priorities and activities. The role also includes maintaining a savings achievement tracker, reporting KPIs, ensuring preferred supplier adoption, and handling exception and business partner reporting. Compliance with Xplor policy and standards is crucial, including adherence to terms and conditions, proper contract approvals, and the Procurement policy. The role ensures contracts and commercial agreements are being followed and recorded in Xplor's contract repository. Xplor offers 12 weeks Gender Neutral Paid Parental Leave.
