About the Role:
- Direct and oversee Vynca's Enhanced Care Management program.
- Manage Cal AIM performance, provider collaboration, and care teams.
Key Duties:
- Supervise Clinical Managers, Lead Care Managers, and support staff.
- Ensure ECM contract goals, regulatory compliance, and billing standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of people management experience.
- 3+ years of care management and remote supervisory experience required.
- Support Pacific Time hours and travel quarterly.
