Role Overview:

• Lead end-to-end execution of new market launches, contract implementations, and strategic initiatives.
• Build the project management function, including governance models, intake processes, and playbooks.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of project management experience in a health-tech startup.
• PMP certification required; value-based care knowledge and process-improvement skills preferred.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, executive presence, and comfort with ambiguity.
