Senior Billing Specialist

TRM Labs is seeking a Senior Billing Specialist to play a critical role in scaling TRM’s revenue operations infrastructure to support the next phase of our growth. As a Series B company with the operational ambition of a Series C+ organization, TRM is building for scale—streamlining people, processes, and systems to ensure accuracy, speed, and flexibility across all billing and collections functions. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-obsessed, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is energized by turning billing operations into a business partner across the company. The Senior Billing Specialist will own the end-to-end billing and invoicing process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all customer accounts. They will partner cross-functionally with Sales, Revenue Operations, and Legal to ensure contract terms are accurately reflected in billing and revenue recognition, as well as drive collections efforts by monitoring outstanding receivables and resolving disputes. The role also includes identifying and implementing process improvements to reduce manual effort, strengthen controls, and improve scalability through automation.
