AI Content Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Use AI agents and LLM-based workflows to scrape customer websites, import playbooks, and generate topic structures and Spek libraries efficiently.
• Conduct AI-assisted audits of existing customer content to create migration plans and use AI tools for document conversion.
• Partner with Customer Success and Solutions teams to scope and build content that meets customer needs.

Editorial & Design:

• Review AI-generated content with a sharp editorial eye, rewriting and tightening copy for clarity and usefulness.
• Apply a design sensibility to ensure content has thoughtful hierarchy, clean formatting, and visual consistency.
• Contribute to the development of reusable templates and content frameworks to improve future build quality and speed.

Customer Collaboration:

• Work closely with CSMs and Solutions Engineers to understand customer requirements before building deliverables.
• Occasionally interact directly with customers to clarify needs and walk through completed content projects.
• Help shape internal content standards and shared asset libraries for the broader team.
