Strategy & Leadership:
- Define and execute the multi-year RevOps roadmap for the Consumer GTM organization.
- Build, lead, and develop a team of RevOps analysts and Salesforce administrators.
- Serve as a key strategic partner to Consumer Sales and CX leadership.
Systems & Process Ownership:
- Own end-to-end administration and strategic configuration of Salesforce and the broader sales technology stack.
- Design and implement scalable standard operating procedures across Revenue Operations functions.
- Partner with Engineering and Product to scope and deliver automation and process improvements.
Analytics & Insights:
- Build and maintain the data infrastructure and reporting layer for executive-level visibility.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
- Establish data quality standards and governance practices across all revenue systems.
