Business Operations Lead

Responsibilities:

• Own high-leverage, cross-functional projects that fall between existing team boundaries, driving execution from scope to handoff.
• Build and implement new operational systems, such as RevOps infrastructure, pricing strategies, and product launch playbooks.
• Design processes, dashboards, and cadences to improve implementation throughput and measure initiative success.

Qualifications:

• 4–8 years of experience in consulting, BizOps, strategy, or operator roles with proven 0→1 delivery.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel/Sheets and data tools, backed by excellent executive communication and stakeholder management.
• High learning slope, systems thinking, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity with autonomy and ownership.
