Business Operations Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end execution of high-priority initiatives, scoping deliverables and managing cross-team dependencies to meet quality standards.
• Structure ambiguous business problems, build analytical models, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Design and improve the company's operational cadences, such as planning cycles and reporting, to ensure scalability and alignment.

Success Metrics:

• Execute 2-3 cross-functional initiatives within the first 6 months, delivering them on time with analytically rigorous outputs.
• Build or improve at least one recurring operational process that becomes a relied-upon system for the team.
• Earn trust as the go-to person for getting important tasks done quickly and effectively, directly informing strategic decisions.
