Associate Principal - Project Manager II

You will learn the building design process and lead fee development, PSA, and ASA development, as well as project interview coordination. You will manage projects and teams/contractors, translating a client’s IT vision into a scope, schedule, and budget, serving as the interface between the client’s IT and Facilities staff and the integrators and contractors. The ideal candidate will oversee the design and implementation of IT infrastructure and networks, documenting processes unique to the client, and tracking decisions, project expenses, and schedules. You will travel around the U.S., manage project communications, track design decisions, and develop projects using MS Project, Primavera, and Asana. Following processes, seeking process improvements, enforcing processes, and conducting root cause analyses will be crucial to success. Mentoring technical staff, teaching processes, and being prepared for effective time with the team are key.
