Join Xplor Pay as a Market Development Representative to make a real impact every day. Reporting to the VP of Business Development and Sales, you will help generate new business opportunities by identifying, qualifying, and engaging with potential customers. Prospect into target accounts via cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach. Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and decision-making authority. Book meetings for Account Executives by clearly articulating our value proposition. Maintain accurate activity and lead data in our CRM. Continuously test and refine messaging to improve conversion rates. Meet or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs and stay up to date on industry trends and product knowledge.
