Senior Director, Field Market Access

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a high-performing national team of Account Directors.
• Set team strategy, establish performance goals, and build a culture of accountability and collaboration.
• Coach and develop team members to advance their payer engagement capabilities

Qualifications:

• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
• Deep understanding of formulary management, coverage policy, prior authorization processes.
• Proven national payer relationship management across commercial health plans, PBMs, Medicare.
