Senior Manager, Business Acceleration

As a Senior Manager on our Business Acceleration team, you are both a strategist and a builder. Your core mission will be to identify, incubate, and launch new initiatives from the ground up (0-to-1). You will apply rigorous, first-principles thinking and analytics to distinguish high-potential opportunities from noise. Then, you will leverage your operational muscle to build and pilot these concepts, proving their value before handing them off for scale-up. This role is highly cross-functional, requiring you to partner seamlessly with senior leaders and teams across Product, Go-to-Market, Finance, Analytics, and Clinical Operations.

You will uncover new growth opportunities by owning the discovery, validation, and business case development for new growth levers. You will incubate new ideas 0-to-1 and quarterback the design and launch of initiatives that advance our long-range strategic priorities.
