Job Description
This role involves proactive learner outreach through calls, emails, and SMS to encourage initial product activation and sustained usage. You will monitor learner progress towards specific usage targets and provide encouragement and support to help them meet these objectives. Partner with Customer Success Managers to understand account-specific engagement strategies and best practices, ensuring learner engagement activities and progress are accurately tracked, primarily using HubSpot. While CSMs will provide guidance and templates, you will have the autonomy to adapt and craft compelling messages and contribute to building engagement materials, which may include call scripts, email/SMS templates, and learner-facing one-pagers (potentially using tools like Figma). You will als assist learners, including those who may be less tech-savvy, in navigating the Speak platform and overcoming any initial hurdles to ensure a smooth learning experience.
