Job Description
Contract Management:
- Manage contracting activities with commercial insurance companies and managed care plans.
- Oversee the complete process of provider enrollment and application.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for contract negotiations.
Credentialing Activities:
- Prepare, submit, and track all contracting paperwork and credentialing applications.
- Monitor credentialing timelines and proactively follow up.
- Maintain an organized tracking system of credentialing statuses and contracting progress.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with various teams including Grants, Contracts, and Finance.
- Develop effective working relationships with credentialing and contracting representatives.
- Ensure all draft contracts are reviewed by relevant teams.
