Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for Account Executives regarding Non-QM loan products, guidelines, and complex loan scenarios.
- Provide product, pricing, and eligibility support, helping to structure and pre-screen Non-QM files for submission.
- Coordinate with operations, underwriting, and funding teams to ensure efficient processing and resolution of loan issues.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of direct Non-QM mortgage experience required.
- Strong understanding of Wholesale and Correspondent lending channels.
- Hands-on experience with DSCR, Bank Statement, 1099-Only, Asset Depletion, P&L, and Second Mortgage programs.
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent
