Job Description

As an Operations Support Coordinator, your responsibilities include assisting in tracking and balancing revenues and expenses for each job, tracking internal subcontractor invoices and pass-through revenue, and managing the progression of invoices. You will also conduct progress reviews with team members to ensure timely completion of deliverables. This involves reviewing and ensuring the quality control of internal and subcontractor invoicing prior to payment. Additionally, you'll support leadership with various special projects and reporting, as well as meeting weekly and monthly financial goals assigned by leadership.
