Senior Product Manager - Seeker Experience (Real Estate)

As a Senior Product Manager in the Consumers Tribe, you will play a pivotal role in achieving our core mission: building a loveable discovery experience powered by AI for millions of property seekers across key EU markets (Otodom, Storia, Imovirtual). Your specific mandate is to be the driving force behind the quality and completeness of every property ad on our platform, ensuring our inventory offers the very best selection. The quality and completeness of a property ad directly dictate the trust, efficiency, and speed of the seeker's journey. Define and own the long-term vision and strategy for content enrichment, delivering innovative solutions that leverage AI to transform the property discovery experience. Drive the AI innovations agenda by closely collaborating with Data Science. Define the quarterly OKRs for your domain and own the execution of the product roadmap, clearly articulating the rationale and business impact. Provide guidance to the product development team to deliver valuable features that impact the way our users interact with the platform. Manage stakeholders across business and engineering to ensure alignment on strategy, delivery, and vision.
