Key Responsibilities:
- Book and coordinate shipments with carriers and courier services, ensuring deliveries are arranged accurately and efficiently.
- Track shipments throughout the delivery process, monitor progress, and proactively address potential delays or disruptions.
- Prepare and maintain shipping documents, customs paperwork, and other documentation required for smooth transportation and delivery.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in logistics, shipping, transportation, or supply chain coordination, with familiarity in shipment tracking systems like ShipStation.
- Strong written English skills and excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple shipments and competing priorities.
- Reliable laptop, stable fibre internet, and availability to work UK business hours (11:00-19:00 SAST).
