Your Role:

  • Serve as the strategic technical leader for assigned customer accounts.
  • Partner with Customer Success Managers to drive product adoption and value realization.
  • Act as a critical link between customers and Immuta’s Product organization.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Own strategic implementation planning and product adoption for customer accounts.
  • Influence expansion by identifying additional use cases and business outcomes.
  • Capture customer feedback and market insights to influence product strategy.

Required Experience:

  • 5–7+ years in implementation consulting, data governance, or technical customer success.
  • Strong understanding of modern data architectures and platforms like Snowflake and Databricks.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
