About the role:

• Lead two teams (Hardhat and EDR) building essential developer tools for Ethereum.

• 3–5+ years of engineering management experience and 6+ years of technical leadership.
• Strong software engineering background with a focus on scalable systems.
• Experience working in remote-first, asynchronous environments.
