Accountabilities:
- Lead a team of 6–10+ full-stack engineers building the guest web ordering experience.
- Drive experimentation and conversion improvements across checkout, merchandising, and promotions.
- Scale the ordering experience for enterprise customers and improve menu quality systems.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of engineering management experience leading teams of 6–10+ engineers.
- Proven experience with growth/conversion using A/B testing and funnel analysis.
- Strong technical credibility in React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
