System Design
Role Overview:
- Lead the GTM Systems engineering team building the full lead lifecycle: capture, enrichment, qualification and scoring, routing, and booking.
- Own rep-facing workflows, quote-to-cash, attribution, and lifecycle messaging across email and SMS.
- Hold the reliability bar for revenue-critical systems; ensure they never break.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evolve CRM and RevOps infrastructure toward a headless architecture with clear plans and safe cutovers.
- Own data integrity across the GTM stack, including enrichment, deduplication, and consistent attribution.
- Hire, grow, and retain exceptional engineers who own business outcomes, not just code.
What We're Looking For:
- ~3 years of software engineering management in high-growth environments.
- Experience building GTM, revenue, or growth systems (CRM, lead flow, scoring, routing, billing).
- Fluency in modern revenue funnels and strong systems thinking over complex data flows.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range $230K-$250K plus pre-IPO equity package.
