Member Experience owns the full member lifecycle, from application and onboarding to payments, renewals, and reactivations.
These are net-new payment systems built for scale, with high ownership and direct revenue impact.

What You'll Do:

Manage, mentor, and grow a team of server engineers, including hiring, onboarding, and career development.
Contribute to the codebase and provide technical leadership across architecture, system design, and key engineering decisions.
Oversee the development of scalable, secure, and efficient services in a cloud environment.

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of experience managing high-performing engineering teams.
Deep knowledge of Node.js and TypeScript, with familiarity across cloud architectures, services, and distributed systems.
Production experience with Apple StoreKit, Stripe payments, and subscriptions for a B2C product.
