Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day EDI issues and assist with troubleshooting across customer and vendor connections
- Coordinate EDI integration expansion with 3PL partners to improve order fulfillment and inventory visibility
- Monitor EDI transaction flows and resolve mapping or transmission errors
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in business analysis, EDI operations, or ERP systems support; experience in a CPG or supply-chain-driven environment is strongly preferred
- Basic understanding of EDI standards is required; experience with transaction sets is strongly preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
