The role involves managing the intake system for product operations issues related to Soleraβs Network Partners, tracking work items across ticketing systems, and facilitating cross-functional meetings to gather feedback and drive improvements.
The analyst will utilize BI tools and SQL queries to analyze operational metrics, deliver regular reporting, and collaborate with various teams to proactively address issues. Responsibilities also include maintaining the Network Partner Portal, ensuring partner access, and resolving tickets. The position is remote within the United States, with possible occasional travel for team meetings.
