Senior Product Manager, Care Steerage

Strategic Product Leadership:

• Own and communicate the product vision and multi-quarter roadmap for Care Steerage solutions.
• Drive product development from concept through launch and optimization, ensuring on-time delivery of high-impact features.
• Engage executive stakeholders, employer clients, and internal teams to align product strategy with market opportunities and customer needs.

Day-to-Day Execution:

• Lead daily standups and sprint planning with cross-functional teams
• Triage and prioritize incoming requests, balancing planned roadmap work with urgent business needs.
• Manage relationships with external technology vendors and integration partners

Data-Driven Optimization:

• Define success metrics and KPIs that measure both member engagement and clinical/financial outcomes
• Analyze utilization patterns, user behavior, and business performance data to identify optimization opportunities
• Develop executive-level reports and presentations that communicate product impact and strategic recommendations
