Senior Project Manager

Lead the definition of product development strategy, focusing on innovation, scalability, and alignment with company objectives. Manage end-to-end projects, utilizing established frameworks (Scrum, PMBOK, SAFe, among others) to ensure timely, quality, and budget-compliant deliveries. Establish and maintain up-to-date project plans, monitoring scope, risks, resources, and timelines. Ensure effective management of the scope and quality of deliverables, with a critical view of risks and opportunities. Assemble, coordinate, and engage multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Act as the primary point of contact for executive reporting and status updates to internal and external stakeholders. Foster synergy between projects, business areas, and technology, ensuring strategic and operational alignment. Evaluate project performance and propose continuous improvement actions. Monitor and analyze product performance indicators, contributing insights for continuous evolution. Develop technical and functional documentation and requirements for products, in partnership with involved areas. Actively collaborate with departments such as Product, Technology, Commercial, Compliance, and Operations, maintaining a focus on customer experience. Cultivate a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous learning.
