Job Description

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary customer liaison, addressing complex issues.
  • Ensure customer success by deeply understanding their technical and business needs.
  • Own customer success and deliver outcomes.

Project Management:

  • Drive delivery for large enterprise customers.
  • Manage project delivery and oversee go-live activities.
  • Orchestrate internal teams to deliver customer outcomes.

Communication and Alignment:

  • Engage with technical stakeholders to align product capabilities with customer needs.
  • Lead discovery sessions and support UAT.
  • Bridge business and technical perspectives with strong communication skills.
