Customer Relationship Management:

- Own customer success and deliver outcomes.
Project Management:
- Drive delivery for large enterprise customers.
- Manage project delivery and oversee go-live activities.
- Orchestrate internal teams to deliver customer outcomes.
Communication and Alignment:
- Engage with technical stakeholders to align product capabilities with customer needs.
- Lead discovery sessions and support UAT.
- Bridge business and technical perspectives with strong communication skills.
